Unfortunately due to the rule of forum I cannot name individuals even though that would be best. So I will address the clan RapturesEve...
When target lock was introduced all you did was whine and complain about it. I wondered why back then because it seemed like a great way to prevent a ks. However, now I know... It made it easier for a group of lower levels who actually needed the drops to get the lock, and that pissed you off.

I used to hate the FFA rules that were introduce by Rap amongst others, but here's the thing... I was a low level then and couldn't start a boss even if I was camping for it. I was MIA for two months and I have just been informed that the FFA rules are no longer in effect BECAUSE of target lock. This is funny to me considering the craze about it when it was introduced. You love it now because you leveled so hard that you left everyone behind and now you can just come up after a group has been hitting a boss and take it really fast. There's a word for that... HYPOCRISY. (I also remember countless times from before target lock system where Rap would call ks when it suited them, not when it was a ks...)

This is directed more so at the two people who came up and essentially stole the 160 5* boss on north pen from a few of my clannies and myself (you know who you are and it was wrong), but I want every member to see it. If we had done that to your clan... holy hell... I'd probably not see my gladiator for a week, but we can't because of level difference. There comes a point when someone needs to say something and quite frankly it's now. I'm so tired of these damn alpha clans, especially at the start of events, taking all the bosses... I realize that you want to be at the top, but you already are so take a break and let others get the drops now and then. (for the first week of Samhain 2013 I saw one new boss because IC and Rap continuously killed). And you'd think after the amount of times you've killed them that you'd have your stock of reapers and forks.

I care much less about the event bosses though. The real issue is the quest bosses. I literally blame Rap and Eternal for the fact that I didn't get my warden bow until I was lvl 120... and rightfully so. You only group when you know you can't take alone and that's just wrong. If you don't see that then you have a skewed perception of reality and don't know what being a nice person means.

Needless to say most likely nothing will be done about the hypocritical BS that flows from these clans but this needed to be said. Currently I don't like Rapture at all... I encourage you to change my mind. It would make my year if this hit home with some of the members of these top clans and they made a change, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Last thing, this isn't to bash the clan(s) as harsh as it sounds, it is to bring this to their attention so that maybe they begin to care about the people they will be in the game with for a long time.

Stop whining and get over it, if you don't have lock on the mob it's not yours, period!
And it wasn't a boss, bosses are 6* not 5*...

well id like to say well put except its not always the clans fault its just some of the members, like me and kutina were bossing the other day and we were struggling on a boss and mild flew past saw us and gave us a hand but ik if a diff memeber flew past they would try and take lock... so its just some members in my eyes

You're wrong, you do not want to understand target-lock makes the rules now.

So what you're saying Hawk, is you're quite happy for ppl to take locks from you all day long - you wouldn't get upset about it or anything?
