i finally moved to rhiannon after trying all worlds after i quit Arawn, and since Samhain event is getting closer, i think that its about time for my clan to do some boss hunting ( i m in Mirkwood the pupil clan of Mordor) ik that most of our clannies r low lvl but i was wondering if there is a small chance to shine
thats why i asked if ranged tanking is a good strategy or not

Not related to rhiannon but,
You use a ranger for bolasing the boss and boss follows the person who got aggro, walking slowly of course, the person whos holding the boss' aggro have to run away wisely from the boss to avoid any adds. Meanwhile other people there can still attack the boss without getting attacked, its not tanking but its just luck if bolas doesnt avoid to prevent lots of damage.
Or: bolas>aggro>run>bolas.....
