On another note about hacking, you are right to a point saph but, this comes down to how you define it. As far as ch is concerned the definition you gave is correct. However hacking is basically social engineering, not always just some programmer finding back doors with software or a keyboard clacker exploiting software to get into places he shouldn't be. "Scamming" passwords and info is the ground work for hacking. Ch chooses to define it the way try do because they most likely do not have the time, money and other resources to deal with the situation in the way the player base would like and how support would probably also like to deal with it.
