He makes rules as it he sees fit in order to gain your gold. You got scammed the minute you gave him your gold way before any dice was rolled. Funny how much everyone talked about scams and exile and now he is in awakening. All dicers should be banned, all they are doing is finance that dragon armor to that top tier. You neglected to mention the fact that your bet was fully refunded. Exile is still learning the basics but he is an outstanding person. For those of you that don't know, his dicing account's name is ExileDicing. He is a clan member if DoubleDice and is trusted to host.

well saying that is gonna get that disabled now.

The account will not be disabled, thats like me getting dsgrendar disabled by just saying he shared his acnt with me, there isnt any proof.

Otm does not directly search for traded accounts. But when a traded account contacts support and they find out it was traded / sold it might get disabled. Also when there are many tickets against a user and when they do research they find out it is sold / traded it also probably get's disabled.

I would just suggest stay away from dicing bets and if you do. Do it for fun with friends and have fun. Playing with high prices and not wanting to lose is just dumb and your own fault.
