This player comtinues to create accounts with variations of my name and scamming people asking for their accounts info to supposedly trade accounts theirs for mine. Continues to create different accounts to insult me and brag about how she/he steals from friends and players.

The scammer has an account called PinkRose

Admin needs to block this player from the game, bann all his/her accounts at once and make an example out of this player.

This scammer is ruining our game experience.

Mods, please ensure admin gets a look at this.

If this PinkRose and all her toons are not banned i will stop buying platinum!!!! Effective now!

This scammer is the same one that got my account info that time and likes to remind me that he got me everytime I log on. I have people that do not like me or do not get a long with me whatever but, this guy is in a different catagorey. I do not even know what otm can do bc like you said he just makes a new acct after. Everything must be getting hoarded somewhere though. This topic should be stickied here as this guy has been around on rosemerta for a long time. Also it should be cloned onto the support section. My three biggest pet peaves is scamming and harrassment and in extreme cases like this. Number one being that otm does not do anything about it. I am gonna stop there bc I am already ranting like an idiot .

Since he has only 2 posts i can assume that this is the scammer talking,

As i said, pinkrose account is over level 100, not much but has been around longer than a day.

Also this scammer knows me by first name which only a few people on touch did, i have since then deleted the account.

OTM needs to fix this realy easy, let me know if i have to make this in simpler terms OTM,

Bann all his accounts
Bann his UDID, this will prevent him from creating new accounts,
Bann his IP Address, so that he cant just make a new account and keep playing, this is easy to do, other games do it all the time, CH better know now to block IPs or u need a new tech guy, let me know and ill mail resume,
Bann his Itunes from hour application, this is easily done through the app store support if you cant manage it,

Either way, this guy and his accoutns need to be gone!

PinkRose was an old player, before u started ob. She was acually really nice and awsome. Guessing her account was scammed.

He has another account called HowxFastxRuu. I took a pic but its too large to upload. Just ban that account also
