I think if someone threatens another or continually harrasses yes they should be banned less severe a warning. Other players are not your parents neither is otm. Either treat others with respect or do not log on. That is my opinion. No one really knows how otm decides who to ban. To me it seems they just draw a name out of a hat lol. I get where you are coming from MC one clan shouldn't be trying to get people in another clan for no other reason then they do not like the other guys. I do not think that factors into the magic hat system though.

My old account got banned becuz I said something dumb about how I shared the account so trust me thats most likely wht happened otm checks chat logs to check if u said tht and if u did they will ban u just how it goes
Only reason ive ever seen someone actually get banned
If there is proof of u not being the sole owner of the account thereand someone reports u for it u def can get banned
Glad I have my supa who I played from lvl 1-181 with no help
