Isn't vines like the second skill you get? You start with lightning strike and then you need to kill guys near lighthouse with vines. Thats how I remember..?

Otherwise there is a druid skill trader in the castle or highshore village in lirs reach. You can buy some skills there.

I found it I apparently did not equip it but I'm leveling now level 31 with help from green leaf
