#11Rosmerta isnt bad, it just doesnt have the activity or diversity that is found in other servers.... People leave after they get sick of the same old thing.

#13Dl is earned by levelling and bossing. Edl is gained through dkp points and being level 210.
So lvl 210 is eligible for edl, but then it's whoever has the most dkp points and activity on raids.
