Prob a bad suggestion, the document I was thinking of is a way you can explain in writing how someone is a big meanie poopy pants, but I don't think calling support this will help you in this scenario, maybe lol.

So, you got your toon back which I gathered took an unbelievable amount of time. I'm assuming you also lost all your crap? Did support offer to reimburse any of your stuff?

If they want to keep good paying customers they should wise up and help you out a little more.

atually i have reason to believe the scammer on touch is not one scammer but two scammers, one being in revenge and one in awakening. my guess is that the one saw the other doing and figured he could do the same without anyone knowing. the reason i say one in both is because one of the scammers told me they where in awake when i tried a tactic i thought of to get info. here is what i know:

one of the scammers keeps asking if he can be invited to our touch chat, that makes me believe he is not in our clan, and possibly even in awakening, as that is what he/she claimed. this one does asking to invite in touch chat, teamspeak of revenge and asks for info to "lvl" someones acc.

the other scammer only asks for the acc info to "lvl" it and has no intention of staying in revenge with that acc, the other one however will desperately try to find a way to convince others he is the real owner of the account to stay in revenge, also using bribes and old info that isnt accurate, most likely stories he heard. i do not know how this affects awakening members, but at least beware of anyone asking for info, also ppl offering info is dangerous. the one i suspect to be in revenge recently thought of a new way to scam. he or she will ask you to lvl their account, give the info, then if you put items on the account to lvl it they will change password and keep the items. so beware of these scammers pls and do not give out info.

i hate to sound smart but, if someone wants to help you they will do so by giving you knowledge, if they ask you for your info, 10 times out of 10, they will steal your account. If you dont give your info, you can't get hacked.
