Celtic Heroes

My skills when i lvl up are not moving. some of them move to example like 15/17 and some stay at 15/15. isthis normal? or am in glitch. it happened about 2 weeks ago and never got a reply from support so im asking u guys

This exact same thing happend to my rogue, sneaky attack and quick reflex went up to 17 but all the other stats stayed at 15.

Iv no idea what so ever about why it does this and it is proberly normal for all players.
