When u complete the quest you get a manual, not everyone uses so they sell....andi dont wanna do the quest if i dont have to so therefore i will buy.

storm touch is a quest i believe... not a manual.
Storm Touch is the Red book u can Get from the quest in Castle when u hit 45

When u complete the quest you get a manual, not everyone uses so they sell....andi dont wanna do the quest if i dont have to so therefore i will buy.
That'll be very rare that someone would be selling OR buying the manual.
