Should i leave the clan: Templarelites

Ive been thinking for a while because when i find bosses i am then forced to leave the group that kills the boss. I think this is unfair and not right. So any suggestions that i should stay. Because i guess lakar and other players in the clan are more importata and i should just waste my time not getting anything.
Any suggestions to a clan i should join?

We're in the group for DPS and stratigic purposes. We don't keep the drops. They all go to ***. If you want to be selfish then go right ahead and leave. And for Dragonoid, apparently that was a joke on me lols.
