I had a guy do that to me for Hal hour straight ad he kept rezoning i ticketed support and they banned his accounts

It's good that you've blocked them. Have you also send a support ticket? If not report them.
I also see the lead of support has come to the forums this might also mean the support will get a bit faster/better maybe.
