Simple I don't know what you wrote in your first post but please if it isn't relevant to anything don't create any.
Yes the arena is for pvp we can't do anything against that. Maybe trying to get a lvl range for who you can attack and who not. But a topic like that should be in the feedback or petition section of the forum.
