Auction House (Serious)

Anyone know a good place to buy web space and domain name? (not a subdomain though)
Also if anyone has any ideas for a webpage auction house please post them.
My only concern is if I get something like this set up people putting in fake bids etc just because they do not like someone and childish stuff like that. I guess I could always ip ban but, really it turns into a he said she said type of thing.
