*Name Removed* today threatened to ks me at my level spot and my glad.This all started because when he killed me in arena for no reason, i said what did i ever do to you?.. he then on replys with i have no reason... witch implies he just want to annoy people. His attitude towards other players is just make me question are chats monitored because this should not be able to go on. also if needed i have screenshot to back up my argument, With concern BigPop

The arena is the win some lose some area in the game and though I don't agree with verbal abuse, the arena is always a place where problems usually start do my advice is that unless you absolutely need a gladiator to level (which is usually 185+ just stay out of it).

But he also said he will kill steal me when i am on lix when im trying to level, i try and reason with him but he just dont listen... so after he said that to me im taking it to the next level he has taken things too far now and something needs to be said... or done.

Kill stealing on a lix and generally being a pain in the ass outside of the arena does actually violate a ToS (something to do with disruption of experience). If he does actually KS while you are leveling, then yes I'm sure OTM can take action to a certain degree.
But no, if you're killed in arena, then just don't go there. It was pretty much made for PvP which isn't always fun.

i find it absolute bs whenever someone threatens to ks lix... and then comes to say you dont lvl. Thats just a sign of a true jerk. :|
