Ok hey taranis

Ill start off with giving some situations and you tell me which ones you think are and arnt ks
I wont be using any names instead ill be using numbered people (Person1) etc.

Situation 1:
2 people rush out to a boss at the same time they both attack roughly the same time and Person2 gets the kill over Person1
Is this a KS or not and it applies to all bosses including non FFA bosses

Situation 2:
Clan1 has Person1 at a boss and calls the clan and/or group and then Person2 comes up to a boss and solo it
Is this a ks or not? These bosses are obviously PH's since no one i know can solo a boss

Situation 3:
Clan1 start a boss and high level Person1 comes along and kills a low level group (They are still capable of killing but just in a long time)
Is this a KS or not?

Situation 4:
Clan1 starts a boss and gets killed then Clan2 comes along and kills
Is this a KS or not?

I would like opinions and the majority of these opinions i will judge my KS'ing rules on

The group were already killing the boss when another took the kill of them. For the others, the boss was already unoccupied so it's free for all.

All but #3 arent ks. If you both attack at the same time, goodluck to whoever gets. If some low level isnt capable of killingg a boss and calls clan, but a high level comes and kills it, it isnt ks, because the high level could handle it and he attacked first. If you die while trying to kill a boss, and someone else comes along and kills it isnt a ks because they could kill it alone. Like for instance, i can kill most gemlooters excluding ironspike sometimes, bladewing, and deadroot. I bearily died on ironspike gem and jagath came along and killed him after i died. See since i couldnt kill and he could, i could care less. It was a little irritating, but fair is fair

Yes I believe on #3 is ksing, though some are very rude jesters and I would only hope that, that person groups the other person

I can now conclude i have never ksed on purpose

Quit calling me a kser low lvl noobs @lvl40 saying i ks sf gem when he failed kill and others of similar situations to the ones above
