okay could you look into it because i think its really annoying to the people who got scammed by this kid acting like support to get accounts is unfair and needs consequences

I can't control in-game accounts; only forums. It will have to be something for OTM to look at.

Well, now that they are finally finished updating the game, maybe they will start acting in a proper fashion and not just tell people not to give out details.
But I'm afraid most people won't hold their breath in anticipation. Shame really because it spoils the game for some dedicated youngsters who just plain don't realise, we're not all old men playing :-)

Yes, yes they are. Since this isn't a pc or android game spoofing device ID isn't very easy. It is the most effective way. They can see the device id of the person doing this and hopefully cross correlate using ip as well to delete all accounts they have used ever. Afterall they need to track this for plat purchases when u think about it.

Changing ip is as simple as unplugging your router for a few minutes or using a service for that purpose.

Changing device id is simple on androids, especially simulators like blue stacks. It's one reason I hope it never goes android or pc.

So is this person you? It's not so simple you have to jailbreak your device and go through a lot of effort. Android simulators come with this already as an option, or simply reinstalling does the trick.

In any case nearly every person gets lazy and does not change ip and udid every time. OTM then just cross correlates them (a small amount of work) and then goes ahead and bans them all.

I've seen this happen in other mmos so it definately can be done.

Had this same person try it on me in teranis yesterday. I spam shouted that they are a scammer, reported them, and then pmd them some 'friendly' words.

Btw put your collision files back in. It's annoying to have people mod the game when the rest of us play legit.

I believe his name is CelticMOD he tried to scam my account a few days ago

Udid bans are good, but if there is a little more experienced hacker/whatever you wanna call him, then he will use an app to change it and he can do it again

I think UDID ban is possible, I have heard that someone in Crom has been banned like this (Gurni) but that was very long ago, possibly one year ago

You need a IP device changer the udid is only for dates of something
