Listen up guys, it is a first-come-first-serve basis. This concept rule should be vetoed. You know why? This current expansion includes a great deal of new perks. The feature I am speaking of is the Enraged effect. At one point, whichever mob you are fighting, if you can't beat it by the alloted amount of time of 15 minutes, then the Enraged effect will take in place. The whole point of this, as Admin explained it is to limit the killing of higher-end bosses from the less capable. If you don't have te capabality of killing specific mobs, bosses in which case, then you don't have the ability to claim it properly. Enough of these proposals. This is rejected, and that is final. There is a point of having the Enraged effect to a mob, and that is to subdue the incapables and let the higher level players go at it. It is much easier to say to think before saying something. Think about the nee festures first before posting rules about it. Now, I know this was run before the Expansion, but it is still considered. This is a no, and wont be implemented. Certain bosses apply, this includes The Halloween Bosses, and Aggragoth. There maybe others, but it slips my mind. What I am saying is that drops aren't just given away just because you are there. They are rewarded to the ones qualified to wear them. Now, do you think it is just to reward the ones who aren't capable of weilding such power? No. Same goes with bosses. If you can't kill by a certain amount of time, which is the rage-timer, fifteen minutes, then give up, you're incapable. The Enrage effect ensures to kill off all of your group members, once it comes up on the status bar and you die through it, I suggest not using Resurrection Idols, it is just a waste. What I am saying is that if a mob normally does a certain amount of damage, then it will be doubled, or maybe quadrupled. I don't know the specific number, but it is close to impossible, even being a hundred levels above the mob, you can't win over.
