lol taranis has gotten so bad that people from different servers are coming in to support the fact that Aeons and Pride have ruined taranis. Aeons and Pride will eventually get over thrown by another clan that's had enough of the bs rules... It has happened on Lugh with Alliance having enough of the rolling system, they decided to part ways with all of Lugh and became the dom clan. Better watch out Aeons and Pride. I already outlined to you why we use the points system, if you would like clarification of the concept or wish to tell us how it is a "bs system", please do so instead of simply expressing an opinionated outrage. When other servers get involved generally these threads become locked, so please prioritize intellectual advancement over primordial flames.

Correction: gear the clan worked so hard to get. Trock (just so you know, Trock isn't the name of his main character) did not solo Mordris, he did not solo Hrungnir, instead the clan used potions and idols and elixirs to get that gear. The clan killed the boss, the clan received the gear. That is the basis for the property rule. Yes, some think that despite this the gear should be their personal property, and some of the endgame clans on Taranis support that ideal and do not have clan property rules. Trock and everyone else in Aeon joined knowing that Aeon is a clan with the clan property rule, and they agreed to adhere to it.

Well, when you rent a nice plot of land you agree to return it if the owner asks you to. Your claim is analogous to Trock being asked to leave the plot of land and him responding "You can't make me give it back, it's not your property it's the government's property!"

I would revisit this statement.. Three forumers have come to support Trock: one is another member of benevolence, and two are not in the endgame nor are experienced with Taranis' culture (and one of those two misunderstands Aeon's points system). That is hardly "pretty much everyone in celtic heroes".

If we followed that system, then Pride and Aeon would kill almost every raid boss. Instead we allow other clans to gain wealth as well, as we recognize that not everyone believes in a singular clan structure. Also, I advise you look at Benevolence's player levels - they do not have the people power to take down Mordris, nor Necro for that matter.

Your gear is distributed by a points system, so the drops are earnt.

Close, but incorrect: Aeon does not gear raid drops via a point system, only DL and XDL gear. Raid gear is distributed by rolling. DL and XDL you earn, raid gear the clan earns.

Your rules of preventing others from getting into the rotation just because of who they recruit is also stupid, its their clan they can recruit whoever they want

Any clan can recruit whomever they want, and every blacklisted member in Benevolence has the opprotunity to get rid of their blacklisted status if their clan desires to join rotations. If they want to join the rotations, they need to get the blacklisted member to return their stolen raid gear or remove them from the clan. Call it stupid all you want, but the clan property rule would not have any weight unless it had consequences.

Ironic that a server named after the Celtic god of War and Thunder, is filled with cowards like Pride and Aeon. Ill be joining the rebellion sooN looking forward to some exitement!

If you are looking for "might is right" excitement, join Lugh. I hear it is a bloodbath there! Don't bring that to Taranis, we enjoy our passive expansion and lack of drama. Entirely different cultures, but just as you would not prefer to be in our endgame I would despise being on an FFA server.

Please elaborate.. I would absolutely love to know how allowing any clan to kill raid bosses without being griefed, allowing anyone to camp DL and any clan to camp EDL without being ksed, and shifting the focus of the game from "might is right" to meeting new people and forming strong friendships is "greedy and corrupt".

Id bet any money otm feel sorry for these two clans...their behaviour is ridiculous their Generals corrupt and their players totally unaware that they would not be tolerated on any other server.

Aeon's generals are in no way corrupt. If your only evidence for this is misinformation spread by Trock420, I strongly advise you level your alt, meet the endgame, and realize that Taranis has an entirely different culture than most other servers.

We are not into the "might is right" mentality, and just as I respect those servers who run by that rule alone, we ask you to respect ours.

The server is already bustling and exciting.. Our forums are dead because we use other social apps for offgame communication. We are not looking for drama-filled flame wars.



For all those posting statements like "your rules are stupid" or "Aeon and Pride are filled with *********" or "Everyone else is against Pride and Aeon" or "OTM hates you".. Please refrain from those attacks, as they honestly do not and will not change a thing, and only make readers label you as angry flamers who think they are hotshots behind the keyboard. If you want to support Benevolence, you are welcome to, but doing so in a way that will get this (and future threads regarding the topic) locked will not help their "struggle" in any way.. In fact it only drowns any reason they may have.

Also, to the foreigners posting here, please note that we understand that you are not a part of Taranis' endgame, we know that you have absolutely no experience with our customs, culture, people, clans, or rules, and therefore we will not be considering your outside opinions on how we manage our endgame clan alliance. We are not interested in becoming an FFA server, and your condemning of our point systems and clan property rules holds absolutely no weight. If you wish to provide constructed rational arguments in support of Benevolence or the rest of Taranis, please do! I love discussion! The same thing happend on arawn last I checked, wasn't the top clan blacklisting people for leaving clan with gear i.e.) thebraves. I'm not 100% my stastistamatics are on point but atleast I'll admit it. Some of the stuff I read on this post is complete boghus.

Btw to all you taranis import/export businessman, seeing the increase in people coming to taranis, now may be a prime time to do some business .
