What is it with all the egos on taranis

Hey guys and I do mean guys because the girls don't seem to have this problem. It seems like the leaders of the clans can seem to talk without there egos getting in the way. I guess a guy thing. Any thoughts because I truly believe things on taranis might get better if communication was better. I might be naive but I still believe there can be some kind of peace out there. But only if the clans want that and try to respect each other. Any thoughts post please interested to see what pops up. Hugs

) even though i am not from ur world ppl on servers i visited had many similar problems as urs, but they are not easy to fix. U gonna have those ppl u know u just gotta live with it. If u can fix it then good for u but its not gonna be an easy job.
