Same happened to me but not by server by someone named SupportTeam. But the message was exactly same. I didnt give them anything though.

they dont ip ban anyone lol they refuse to......

thats stupid as hell lol they should ip ban address or just ban the account if theyre going to do it, dont they have any sense to see that this wont stop without there being consequences

the problem with an ip ban on this game is that it's mobile. i play on my phone and through my phone's hotspot on my ipad. My IP address isn't always the same.

I'm not sure, but UDID bans may be possible.
