New Taranis Lottery?

What Do You Think Of This?
I am deciding whether to start a Lottery for the entire world Taranis
. The cost is 1g per roll. Items will be rare loot, gold, boss drop, And from time to time armor. The objective will be for the Players competing to win will roll first. After that I will roll and closest or same number that matches mine will win the prize It will be every other day. I will try to start it as of September 1st in order to obtain and stock up if we have more than 20 +1s. As far as doing it I might not be able to log on The Assigned day for lottery, So i will be Appointing A Trusted Partner. Most Of the Time the lottery will be from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
