1. No one will world xfer out of Taranis....
2. The top clans are: Illum (stable once again!), Pride, and ThePillars. These three share Aggragoth.
Economy prices are extremely varied.
Know/Combo/Alts/Rebirths/Idols/Pots: 4k/8k/4k/8k/250g/250g
----Hardly anyone sells these, people are hoarding for adventures to come!
Ancient Maclir Chests: 25-30k
Normal Maclir Chests: nonexistent
Mind tabs sell 70k per
so on so on

You aren't unlucky. You just need to have patience, because 3 items to a quest that wasn't the last isnt worth 1.3m

Actually, 100k now compared to 350k before update is a really good price
