Clan Profiles, lvl 100+

#1
Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone would care to post their Clan profiles, some interesting info and what makes your Clan special. As I continue to level above lvl 115, I am investigating some various guild options. What makes Pride different from Illum and ThePillars, ect.?

Please feel free to offer as much or as little info as you'd like.

Thanks!

Just take a look through the Taranis leader boards.

It will show you all the active members name, class, level and what clan they are in.

Make sure your filter is highest level and Taranis otherwise it won't work. Just keep going through the pages taking note of the levels and what clan they are in.

ThePillars speciality I would say is despite the small numbers of people (probably less than half of the other two mentioned) we can solo kill all the bosses upto hrungnir(185) and have been the first ones to do so even back when we were considerably smaller than what we are in comparison to today.
We also have a well kept and concise form of 'points system' which determines when and how you could get a particular item. It's not everyone cup of tea but in short we reward those who deserves it.

I believe illum is more based around love and working together than the other clans. We have the least amounts of high levels, but are able to keep up with the other clans on bossing etc. At the moment pride is the only clan capable of soloing mordris, but all three solo hrungnir, and aggragoth. If you can be part a clan that takes care of everyone and with members who play his game for the clan as a whole rather than the individual, then Illum is perfect :) loads of super nice and giving people who want the clan to succeed!

The top 3 clans are all strong clans. I can guarantee you no matter what clan you join , that you will develop and become a better player.

I am one of prides leader but I am not here to throw a biased view.

Look at the charts , interact with people from each clan and see who suits your style the most.

Pride is a special place , only around 5% of applications are accepted. Those that do get in ,not only have access to wonderful expertise but they then belong to a very tight family who are close in game but also outside.

May i recommend you speak to our newest recruits as they are more likely to give you a honest opinion .

An important factor which all the above failed to mention is that the top 3 clans all work together to keep peace in Taranis and create rules tht are in the best interest of everyone on this server.

Pride does not need to sell its self to anyone . We are official the strongest clan in Taranis with the most lvl 190+ players on server.

If you need advice or just a hand , feel free to approach me or one of the generals of pride.

I really appreciate all of the responses! As I continue to level closer to 130 I am encountering more and more of the members of the top 3.

It does seem that each clan brings its own specialty to the mix. Having friends in all three, I don't look forward to making a choice. But, I think that all three appear to be safe bets!

There was a mention of a "points" system in the Pillars. Does Pride or illum employ a similar points system?

Thanks,

The points system is basically giving the members who deserve it the most. Our fantastic general LadyinRED takes care of it and updates us every week so we can see where we are standing, our clan ThePillars has been using it since the creation of the clan and i know Illum has started using a point system since last week or so.

Great things about it is for the newer members they have a goal and know where the bar stands for them so they can reach the requirements and easily obtain their gear without second thoughts. A quick whisper to the gens, they check up if you've met the requirements and you get your gear right away (providing we have the drops needed in bank).

I wont go into detail about the points and requirements but if you really wanna know join us and you can find out ;)

Good luck making your decision.
