In my eyes. Your not allowed to post the names of scammers because they encourage it.

They want high levels to get scammed so they have to buy plat and look at that. OTM earns a buck... Lol

If they really were against scammers they would put *in game* moderators and attempt to make a stop to it, but instead they encourage it by protecting there identities

I believe it's a good rule. You can let people know the scammer in-game instead of filling up forums with one name of a scammer. This new rule can protect the names of the scammers and if they see it who knows? They might make a new change

In-game moderation tools are already there, I believe. When I asked a few months back, I was told that they are planning to do it soon.

However, that was a few months ago and still nothing; I'm a bit sceptical about how quickly moderators will be introduced in-game, to be honest.
