Hello, one of the things that has started to annoy me is the ineffectiveness/spamming of the shout.
My question is that is there a marketplace already in existance that is more organized than shouts or
what would it take to make one?
Example book of alt market price is 2k so we would keep an updated list of the sellers and the buyers.
Then it would be easy to find the items you want: Without having to keep shouting it out.
