My druid account NaturesHeal gots disabled by support. I send a few email with an appeal to enable my account. What to do now because a few weeks have gone without an answer?

Try sending a in-game support ticket.

Be very polite, concise, address the problem and the problem only, do not use contractions, do not say "plz" or "u", and you should get a quick reply.

To appeal the disabling of an account, please use the Celtic Heroes Appeals Procedure.

Never mind, it says NOT to do this.

thnx for the advice. but should i send another mail? because i already have sent two mails now. Should i give it a rest for a while?

excuse me to ask this, but isn't Naturesheal the same person who sells his account to people, then logs into it in order to get it back after they gear it up and put their items there? maybe you got reported therefore for this type of illegal activity?

I thought that was a different druid, whos name has sub and 0 in it.

Naturesheal does it too, sigh. This guys account should stay disabled

when I was a noob i bought also natureheals from tranquilze. And guess what the next day after i got someone else was using natureheals

This is NaturesHeal with two big letters. I never sold my account. I guess that waa someone else. I send an email to support and they said i changed email to much. They never said anything about attempts from selling the account. I send an email to request to enable the account and in the middle of the conversation they didn't respond anymore. I was only asking for help, but if u accuse me of scamming ot something in that way nevermind then. Then i try to do this on my self
