Congradulations on another successful takedown of Mordris.
Group forming happened automatically and was very helpful to Battle Coordinator.
Ranger drawing Sents did a great job and sents and priestess killed fast.
Adds never got through to Druids. One sent spawned near us but was taken out fast. (There is really no other place to stand)
Seems there was someone who did not make the lock requirement for groups was on prestess and was hard for mages to freeze her. I hope that this was an isolated incident.
Battle went smooth and fast, regardless.
Assigning a Battle Coordinator seems to be working well. We need someone for Mordy 6.
Having dice rules and DM set prior by Coordinator was very helpful.
ALL Clan Chiefs and General, Please let your clanmates know the procedures/groups/dicing and Lock of Mordris.
****Edit*** It has been recommended that 15 min. prior to whatever time is posted be the "Muster". That is be there 15 min prior to start reskilling and grouping. This is not a show up and hack away boss.

#4Great point venus. Group leader in DPS rogue group needs to organize who has what skills. If any in any group see a vital skill missed, please let the group leader know. Obviously some skill are not needed i.e. druid rescue, but all skills that help the DPS and the DOT skills someone should have maxed.
The Coordinator should also be asking if all the required skills are set.

#5Yes I asked him. He was ordered to do adds he said. Azz thought that vir had expose, but vir was full dps. #6I agree completely with this...starting to group an hour beforehand is excessive. And this is coming from someone who has to alt and work out strategy within group. I think so many showing up so early led to the groups filling up early, then people asking why we couldn't just go ahead and go to the fight early. And then to us actually leaving early. That leads to effectively excluding people who can't hang around for an hour.It has been recommended that 15 min. prior to whatever time is posted be the "Muster". When we set a fight for 3pm, we should leave at 3pm.

#8We did not leave at 3pm. We left 3-5 min early. It's not a lot, but it was early.
And that doesn't change that all the groups were full much earlier than that, making it hard for anyone who came later--but before 3--to join.

#9Ok. yes LC we did leave exactly 3 mins early. As I was battle coordinator, I will say that I erred. However, Im not really sure how you eliminate the early grp forming. Im open to suggestions. I do apologize to those who didnt make it in.
