"We the few, yet sensible people of Lugh, in an attempt to help everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid more conflicts, keep our gaming experience fun, promote positive behavior, and secure the many generations of gamers to come, hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt ridden, delusional, and otherwise attention obsessed noobies that have invaded our world. We hold these truths to be self-evident: that a whole lot of people are confused by their real rights and are so noobie they require a Bill of NON-Rights."

ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to create a toon and automatically have full abilities, skills, gold or weapons. More power to you if you can acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.

Every high level player has worked very hard to earn their way in the game whatever the means they chose. It is unfair to enter the castle as a lower level not even in double digits and begin to beg for gold, beg for weapons, skill books and the like. Yes you are new, YES there ARE people willing to help you but sending the same trades or shouting the same things every two minutes demanding you get what you want gets very old very fast and will land you on a long list of previously blocked noobs. It is honestly nothing personal, think about it, if a high level gave to every noob who ever crossed their paths none of us would be getting anywhere.

ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to fashion, masks, hats, event items etc. Yes, some folks in this game look freaking amazing, and even I am jealous of some of the stuff they have.

That doesn’t give you the right to hint, trade, beg or even steal fashion from other people. Fashion, no matter what kind is not that cheap. It is not NORMALLY something people pick up for free. Do what the rest of us did. Get out there, level up, kill stuff to make gold, and then buy you some fashion! If you want to look good work for it.

ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob, cheat, or force away material objects belonging to another person, don't be surprised if the rest of us get together and ruin the game for you...

Really guys are you serious, you going all grand theft broom on video game, dude, just stop. No one will tolerate you doing this. You will be branded a scammer and you will never be able to do anything again. So I really hope that hat, that 2k from dicing, that simple wand was really worth the effort it took for you to talk someone out of it because let’s face it, it will be the last thing you do in the game without people breathing down your neck.

ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to never be offended. This game does have a certain amount of freedom, and that means freedom for everyone -- not just you! You may leave the area, log off the game, play different games or even just express a different opinion, etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will be.

I dont mean that you are all idiots, I am saying sometimes people will say things to upset you and there is nothing we can really do about it. I’ll tell you right now I think twilight sucks and Harry Potter made my childhood what it was. I totally ship Dr. Who too…. Maybe your boyfriend has self named himself the sexiest ranger in Lugh... And you know what you don’t have to agree although that last part maybe a little true! Maybe you are really a team Edward/Jacob fan in secret!!! Honestly, I have a right to post my stupid opinions and you have a right to think they are just that; stupid. But you do not have to spend twenty minutes on telling me why it is you think i am stupid for saying it, sometimes it stops being funny and pushes the boundaries of mean and bully-ish. It’s a game folks… Pretendy funtime….

ARTICLE V: You do not have the right to happiness at all times. This includes your wants and needs in the game. Everyone is working towards the same goals sometimes at the same time but that’s to be expected there’s only so much to progress towards and some folks have been trying a LOT longer than you to do the same stuff.

If you don’t get the drop you want because you rolled too low do not blame the whole dicing system. If you did not win the duel against someone a higher level than you do not blame the lack of lux or the quality/skill of the other person. If you can’t find the fashion you want, can’t sell the item you need, or can’t find a freaking dragon frag believe me we have all been there. We understand. Begging to take what others have no matter the case or blaming the whole system because you are unhappy is not okay. From my understanding Lugh has tried to find the fairest way possible to run and even if its not perfect again it at least seems to me to be the best way to do things.

ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you hang around areas like the arena when you have nothing better to do, do not be surprised if along the way someone gets bored enough to try and kill you.

In other words, if you don’t like it, leave. There are very few areas of the game that are actually pvp based and it warns you when you enter the areas there is a really good chance you will be challenged or even killed in that area. Most people will not bother you during a daily, or if you reject their duels, but still… just saying.

ARTICLE VII: You do not have the right to harm other people. If you kill steal, verbally abuse, intentionally maim, or even kill another player, don't be surprised if the rest of us want to see you die in the arena.

I think that whole description says it all. Honestly I know not everyone understands or tries to live this way but the golden rule is a good place to start. If you don’t want someone to do it to you just don’t do it. I know I HATE being ksed so therefore I just DON’T do it to others. I know that sucks especially when you really need the boss or a drop and cant see the point in not trying to work together besides its normally easier to kill things in a group anyways. As for the drops don’t worry that’s what we created the roll system for.

ARTICLE VIII: You do not have the right to join the top clans. The chiefs of the top clans in our worlds have worked hard to make sure their clans are what they are. Almost all of them have a level req. now and no matter how much you beg things will not change just to give you your way.

There are SO many good clans in our world, yes a few not so good, but still… Everyone wants to be in the top clans and as your toon grows up and levels you are going to want to join those clans. Do not just demand allowance into them. I also encourage you to get to know the members, get to know the requirements and find the clan that suits you best before settling into a forever clan. Every clan is different after all and you may not be a good fit into that group of people or you may not like some of the rules the clan has in place… who knows. Sometimes it’s just not right and that’s okay too.

ARTICLE IX: You do not have the right to a title within a clan. All of us sure want you do your best and progress to earn one, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities in the game so your position is fairly earned and not demanded...

I will remind you that there are hundreds of people in the active clans and very few titles to be given between so many. If you really want to be a clansmen, a guardian, a general, well work for it. Try your best, do what you can and if its meant to be so it is. There is nothing I hate more than watching a member get promoted to guardian and other in the clan start complaining that they never get anything but are unwilling to do the work in order to be noticed for such a promotion. Most of the time you will need to give to get in this case…

ARTICLE X: You do not have the right to have relationships. This is a GAME people, if you get a game spouse or partner, then rock on, if you don't, suck it up, don't kill off your character, commit game-acide and erase your toon and complain about it or any other lame way to rebel because no one honestly cares. That’s NOT what this game is for.

It bugs me honestly when a level one noob is standing in the castle shouting that they need a boyfriend or girlfriend. I was very surprised when I realized, having spent time in the castle or tavern, the relationship drama between the lower levels could contend with some of my favorite soap operas. From hooking up and “cheating” to begging, borrowing and stealing, it’s way too much for a mmorpg. Let’s keep that drama to group chats and out of public shouts and talks please for the sake of everyone’s sanity.

ARTICLE XI: You do not have the right to make twenty toons of various classes and expect us to help outfit, level, or gear them up as you start. There’s no telling if you will keep a toon and in most cases when folks make too many they cant keep up, toons get deleted and everyones time and money was wasted.

Need I say more on that one? I sure hope not… All of this said.... I was probably guilty of some of this at one point or another... We all started somewhere... of course I am still probably one of the biggest noobs in the Lugh!! LOL! Really though I love you all hope you enjoyed the read <3

I mean srsly its better than the bill of rights my history teacher told me to make
also just asking did you guys remove me from the clan while i was away for the past 3 weeks(if im remembered)cause some of those things kinda described me when im bored and i like to shout some random stuff in the castle


P.S:im just asking and also is it fine if i use a few of these articles for my history class project

Uh...This didn't take me that long to make honestly once I knew what I wanted to say and I dont remember anyone removing you personally... Message me if that is not true This post however isnt personal like I said I've done some of this stuff on this list when i first started not knowing better hahaha. Now, as far as your homework goes, if it helps you go for it lols.
