Right, screenshot was removed, as it showed the individual in question admitting scamming someone. I appreciate the attempt to post proof. With profanity. I am sure some of us saw it before it was removed.

Anyone who has questions, pls feel free to talk to me in game. I think most know I try to include ppl as much as possible, but I am outraged by this situation. Pls continue voting:)

1. I am not a scammer, if you actually listened to me, you would know that.
2. I was the only ranger at the fight.
3. It seemed like voting was the appropriate thing to do, seeing as you voted yourself.
4. I was unbanned quite some time ago.

I really didn't know many details about the whole camo or scamming thing but i only question the fact if he is scammed here, then we expect him to quit or change worlds? I know i may sound foolish but i dunno sometimes... I can even tell there's times he might be "off" but believe he could change and be unbanned. Overall, he WAS the only ranger and did what he was supposed to do.. Of course i only meant no harm and how would he progress if we keep banning each other like this?

To clarify, there was a ridiculous 'vote' held on the spot. Many there did not know what the full story was and did not vote. As last drops were yellow, some had already left the scene. I don't think any reasonable person can consider this admitted scammer (see above screen shot) unbanned by such a thing.
It's you and your fanboys that still believe he should be banned.
He has now showed up at 150 event boss, and seems to think he is welcome back to battles. I'm all for second chances, but we are so very far past that point. Consider what sort of behavior we are going tolerate on Lugh. Please let your opinion be known here. Thanks all.

He was the only ranger at the fight, he was given the drops. You're the only ones who seems to have a problem with it, your logic is pretty silly too.
He's participated in a few 150 fights, has dmed.
He's proved himself as a worthy asset.

I see no reason for him to still be banned from bosses..especially on his ranger for dl. What everyone seemed like earlier was a bunch of greedy hoarders who were getting all mad over neek getting yellow drops..what could you have used them for? Absolutely nothing. There is a ton of yellow dl in lugh and no rangers to use it, might as well give it to the one ranger who CAN use it.. Scammer or not, i do not see a reason for him to be "banned" from some incident that occured over a year ago..get over it and move on. -1

Not much people need ranger dl drops unfortunately on this server and this player was kind of half-unbanned some time ago. If he was doing dl on his rogue or warrior it could have easily been a scandal, since he might get dl but not end up doing mordris and hrungnir with us, then the server would feel they lost dl items for a player who is not fully accepted yet into boss raids.
I have nothing against this player and welcome him to join Lugh community, if he decides to let go one day, of the bad dicing habit, of really expensive items. There should be some dicing rule of a sort, that you cannot dice more than 20k and never expensive items, not more than 3 times in a row, and not more than once a week. Basically dicing should be very controlled and monitored, since it's leading our playerX to terrible situations, where we are unable to save him.
Then come the people who are never willing to forgive him and let go, they won't change their mind about him even if we beg them to open a new page. And this is an issue, because he won't be leaving Lugh, he is part of it, but the provocations i fear, send him to darker sides of this game.
He may find cracks in rules and law, but he doesn't directly breech any rule, so it's tricky because even the main accusation on him, did not really mean that he scammed something.
