Alliance does not need to ban a player to eliminate competition. We have spent several hours and put forth tremendous effort to avoid this step. Why are people offering to help us resolve this issue now? We've been asking for help for months and dealing with it for years.

This is reassuring to hear. While i do not support how 8 talks in game. I have seen these exchanges go both ways. Sometimes it doesn't even make sense to me cause I got some people she talk to blocked. If you have indeed reported her several times and there is veracity to those reports then for sure OTM will act upon it immediately.

I sent in a harrassment report and got a response in two days. I was very pleased with that. OTM reviews chat logs and I was even surprised to learn that constantly annoying another player by standing on his or her toon is something u can report to.

We do try to talk to 8 but it has to be both ways, don't u think? Why don't we try for a week or so. Try to be civil to one another?

The clan of the Op, which is now the domineering clan in Lugh atm, are on a mission to blast out high level players who are not in this clan. 
They are doing massive recruiting trying to over come the server, & therefore be in Total Control.
Something Lugh has never been interested in doing.
This server is a unique (or was rather) & peaceful server, in which, ckanda1 has pointed out in one
of her post responses. 
They're even going as far as asking very, very, long time players & members of my clan to join their entourage. 
This isn't their 1st rodeo at holding a very unorganized ban on a high level player...
or also an unorganized Unbanning of a player.

OP clan named, ****o.

The opening post in the Tzu Unban post,
was not even written by the player himself
asking to be unbanned, it was written by
a player of this posts' OP clan (****o) and
was later admitted by this said player.
So even the post that supposedly should have been rawly written from the heart, was in fact written by none other than a totally different person,
from this Op clan.

Along with this current ban on me by this domineering clan in lugh, a recent so called
ban they tryed to enforce of the highest level player of Lugh, Callator level 225,
a member of my clan Ancients, was also smeared on forums by yet another member of this OP clan named S*****...
This thread is on the 2nd page of our forum titled:
*Contact Callator.
Its all about an in game Trade, which gave cause to this Op clan member to have Callator banned.
If you read thru the entire thread atm on my ban,
in one of my responses, i speak of a high level player from my clan, who left game play due to the OP clans unfairness.
A player level of above +210...
And another.  Need i go on?

A few long time high level players have
returned to the game, (BIG WELCOME
BACK TO THOSE PLAYERS..DRAGONS
& FRY) which makes
their ill mission even harder to
accomplish, & its making them cringe.
We are currently also seeking long lost
FAIR players back to join in with us,
& try to restore Lugh back to what was
once its laid back & fair game playing days.
So if any of you fair players can
at least get in contact with any of
these players, that would be awesome
...so please give it a shot

I have never personally tried to attack 8, and the only time I respond to her comments is if she started harrassing my clannies out of the blue. The demeaning nicknames, her tone, and repetitive heckling at most end game or raid bosses has caused enough to be enough. I have not been able to keep blocked due to our server's policy of allowing all dice, and being dm a fair amount. We have worked with Ak and Ancients to try to keep stress and tension at a minimum, these discussions have been ongoing for months. In this time, she has relented for a while, but always returns to the same behavior.

She chooses specific targets to harrass, generally in the 'so called dominating clan' or her nefarious enemy '3 in 1's clan. Her constant use of derogatory nicknames and statements has caused it to be difficult to prevent clannies and others from responding to this constant harrassment. I have personally asked her to stop bashing my clan, and she responded that her behavior was acceptable. This post simply shows support that her behavior is not acceptable, and that we cannot continue to tolerate it. It has nothing to do with what anyone else is doing, or an attempt to exclude competition.

If her behavior reformed, I would personally be happy to remove my support of this thread.
