Just open the picture. and copy the link on your link bar.

To get it you should click at the picture with right buttom at your mose,when you click you should choose copy URL.
Then you going to User Control Panel and choosing Profile,in it you should cick Edit avatar.
Then you should paste URL to Link of-site and click sibmit.
Your avatar done.
