Should only be for getting mainhands, you don't need a million offhands as their effects don't stack.

Mage offhand skill is a one time aoe hit with a 3 min cooldown.
Ranger offhand skill is a self-buff.
Druid offhand skill is an area chaos buff.
The only two that do not "stack" are the rogue and warrior skills.
The warrior skill (a sort of a div dmg cloak) is only effective if the warrior is a tank. (So, 1-3 warriors at a fight)
I hear that rogue skill (a very nice dot that does up to 1200? 1400? dmg per tick and lasts 20 sec? 30 sec?) can be kept constantly up on a boss by 2-3 rogues who coordinate. At the moment, we have 2? rogues with the dl offhand.
Correct me if I am wrong about the rogue stuff.
Another thing we have to consider is the other boosts from the offhands. For casters, the dl offhand seems to be the best.
I am not sure if the the offhands of the other classes beat out their lux counterparts (For instance, the warrior offhand is a poor choice for a dps warrior.)
Another consideration is that we need offhands not only on the boss but also on the ghost adds. (at necro)
