I will hardly be on too next few weeks, so generals are crutial to me to be co-managing the clan, i might also increase the number of guardians from a my personal choice of evaluation and loyalty.

P.S. @xyn/akbar Hey no worries, I think it was a good idea, just a week it took to settle most people in, we may have lost one valuable member but it should hopefully be worth sacrafising to raise and help a wider range of players who do not understand the policies of player gameplay and market pricings.. etc.

I still feel SOME of the current guardian's could try and help out a little more, rather than just picking people out because they repeat a sale or trade every 20-30 minutes. (Not saying names) If someone spams (which is every minute or few seconds) a sale in clan then you tell them to stop, they say okay.... okay your good to go for now. If they continue to do so afterwards AGAIN, then that's a warning. (2nd time understandable, some tend to forget) ... but a 3rd time.... you will formally approach the player and ask them what is it that you kindly requested 2 times?
If they say the answer (if your feeling merciful) give them a 3rd chance, if not then kick. simple as.

also if I missed anything that I might have done in the above post please inform me what it was, and I apologize if I really actually did do anything.

I have appected these new rules and i am ok with them only thing that we need to go over again is items can we plz set it in stone that clan comes first for the following helping each other as much as possible and with item plz. Clan if u get dropped items plz check in clan to see if anybody needs and be sure not to over charge like a few clan members do u know who u r ty. Okay I just want to say I loved this clan when toycat owned it, but ever since samkhan took leadership you have got some abusive guardians who are taking the power way over their heads. I got kicked out a second time and i didnt even do 1 thing wrong other than saying damn and everyone freaking out saying watch your language. THIS IS EVERYDAY LANGUAGE AND IF YOU DONT LIKE IT THEN GOOD LUCK IN LIFE BECAUSE EVERYONE USES IT! AND on another note. if I get kicked for absolutley no reason how about you take a look into actual rulebreakers, hiyo and bloodstrike1. Yesterday at falgren hiyo showed up way past half, got drag drop, and we all rolled for it. I got 58 while everyone else got in the 30s or so and he decides to scam me and not hand it over. so there 1 rule broken, scamming clan members. And bloodstrik1 said he woudl buy my gld ice blade for 500k, i put it in and he quickly switched his money to 50k hoping i didnt see so he could scam me. THERE YOU GO DEAL WITH ACTUAL RULEBREAKERS AND NOT ME FOR JUST SWEARING A BIT.

oh wait i guess scamming isnt against the clan rules as you have posted int he first post. ITS NOT EVEN THERE. So yes they shouldnt be kicked my bad, continue kicking me for saying damn okay thanks bye im off to join another clan because you guys are just *** ridiculous.

Zirl, most of your points seem valid but of course I was not a witness so do have to acknowledge that you may be biased.

However, the f word shouldn't be tolerated (but 'damn' seems fine to me )

all i heard in clan was -
"Zirl is in or out?"
"hdbear might leave because of Zirl"
"LadyB kicked zirl"

I don't even know what happend from the begining.... whatever the case might be, I think it is best you join another clan zirl, apperntly it wasn't clear to some when i said "just leave zirl be".

Zirl as far as u saying damn that had nothing to do with u being told to watch your mouth it was the fact u said god**** is y anything was said get your facts straight

Okay so now im hearing many rumors as to why I got kicked and let me straighten everything out, Ill tell everything that has happened positive and negative that i have done and it will be the 100% truth, here we go.

So one day i was bossing with a bunch of friends and hdbear was killing spirehoof, us friends(all in ancients) saw spirehoof up and went to kill. Hdbear started early so he could say it was his kill and we were ksing, there was no way he would have killed as he was in a group of level 60s. We invited him to group but he stayed quiet until the end when we got the kill he called ks. This enraged many as he said i ksed him and then later that day when i was on elixer, HDbear came for revenge and ksed about 5 trees of mine. I told the clan but nobody seemed to care and started flaming me for ksing him at spirehoof earlier. Then about 2 weeks later i made a rogue alt and we were both training on connact and I "ksed"(he had like 4 on him and i was taking the ones off he wasnt attacking) a few of his alts connacht, I honestly didnt know it was him and he was sending me messages saying dont ks or whatever but he was just hogging all the mobs so I couldnt kill them. I told him stfu or whatever which was rude I admit but whatever just keep reading. He decided to hop on main and ks me. Real mature. and then a month later i get kicked for "ksing and being rude to clansmen" okay then big guy. I later get reinvited to the clan and apologize to hdbear and he ignores me. I get kicked again and you use me swearing as an excuse. I later apologize in our group at deadroot to hdbear and everyone could see it but hdbear decides to be an immature child again and says "why zirl in grup" and they regrouped around me after we all did about 1/4 of his hp. REAL MATURE HDBEAR. Sure I made some faults but i dont hold grudges and im not as immature as this guy. Please dont just trust his words because hes a loyal clansmen, believe mine because they are true and dont be so ignorant as to not see this. Now i have wasted time writing this paragraph and i expect you to read it and read it well and dont be biased just because you like him better.

I hope now you can see where im coming from and not just hate me for no reason as there is this backstory.
