#21Hoz is a good guy he helps lower lvl people and gives quest items to his clannies for free I just feel like his issue with syndicate and a lot of high lvls is more on a personal basis

A user will not be banned just because people hate them for no reason. When someone files a support ticket against a user, the user is looked at to see if any rules are broken. This means that the user must have done something that the support team deemed inappropriate, and so they were banned.
Yes, the user may have spent lots of money, but it's up to them to have a good reputation.

I completely agree with this because I know the real reason why he was finally banned. It had nothing to do with a "hate" from higher levels and everything to do with the course of his own actions. Perhaps you shouldn't blame others for someone else until you honestly have all the facts. While I can sympathize with a player invested in the game whom suddenly forgets their account info or cant log in, I can not support or sympathize with a player who breaks otms rules so shamefully by harassing others and then complains when they are banned. That's fully on them.

OTM will not ban a player who potentially will spend money on the game without looking at the support tickets against them and investigating the matter. When they looked into the issue at hand they decided that this was the proper course of action. You have to assume there is a reason for this otherwise they wouldnt even have been bothered to take action.
