There are people gambling betting money an doubling it if they roll higher than 60+ dice some people say it's not a scam is it allowed in game or not

I think it's against the rules because in the loading screen one of the pop ups clearly says "gambling is NOT permitted by the t and c's" or something like that. And it probably is a scam because u have to pay before u roll, which sounds like a scam to me from a guy that I've never heard of before

Betting is aid to be against the ToCs in some places, but it is not mentioned on the website. However, I would discourage it.

Bedell78 is a scammer and should be kicked off the game and everything he scammed off people should be returned like me he scammed ancient scale boots and gauntlets with redclaw greaves and breast plate. He also scammed an ancient great axe.
