I got hacked and have no more gear, unless support helps me out im saying goodbye to you all

The servers were never hacked. Your account can only be accessed if you have given your password away or if it was too easy to guess.

I never stated the servers were hacked, just that my personal account was :/

I got hacked

By using the word 'hacked', you are insinuating that the person who got onto your account managed to obtain your password, even though you haven't told anyone your strong password. The only likely way this would happen is if someone had managed to obtain passwords from One Thumb Mobile. The servers were not hacked so your account cannot have been hacked because the only feasible way of gaining your password is to hack the servers. If your password was secure and you did not give it away or ever sell an account etc., then your account should be safe.
