Shaming a player is done by defaming or making fun of their misfortune/noobness. This does not qualify as shaming, it qualifies as being a good citizen in a community. If a child predator lives down the street, i will tell my neighbors to keep an eye on their kids! I am not shaming the child molester! That's crazy logic..

Posting pictures that defame a player is against the forum rules, be the claims true or false. Players are to use the in fame support system for such issues.

Idk.....if there is a picture....at least we know its true.whereas if in game it's just blaming and here say. Maybe this can be something to modify in forums. Scamming has become a serious problem and good people are being attacked. Many of us pay real money and whether it is a not so smart move to do so....and we still get scammed, it's called stealing and isn't right.

In fact on other post someone has admitted to doing the scamming and still goes unpunished. In real life they'd go to jail. Something should be done.....idk what to do but it has become a serious problem and one that needs to be addressed.

If someone has a picture (proof) I think it should be allowed so we as a community can address the problem in game.

Yes it is a big problem which I don't understand because it isn't very easy to be scammed I don't think. They never worked on me, just gotta be smart and if people are trying to take your items say NO! no matter who they are and run away! lol. I also agree posting pictures should be fine but I also disagree because it could just be taken out of context and made just to make another player look bad.

They are probably trying to prevent the forums from being clustered and spammed with images and also trying to prevent people from ruining someone's whole game experience just cause a silly picture was taken out of context. Yes in this case I believe there are scammers and yes there should be better ways to report and prevent but right now there aren't so I suggest you all just take everyone's advice and KEEP YOUR ITEMS TO YOURSELF!

I agree with sabre we are suppose to report scammers
But we can't say their names or put a picture with evidence. It kind of defeats the purpose

PM eachother the names.

Alternatively, you can post what the scammer DID so people can be more aware and hence you can apply it to more situations.

Support do not get onto the case quick enough SOMETIMES.

Tired of repeating this but for support to take action the scammer will just scam at least 10-20 people by the time something is done, whereas if his name is posted on forums everyone will know who to avoid and hopefully there will only be one scam done in the end. Then obviously support comes in (having already been reported) and swoops them in.
