In selling rare black Yule hat some high lvl say it's worth 150k some say does any1 no and also taking offers for it

I think theres no steady price for them.
Totally depends on seller ( if you can find one ).
For example, i bought mine for 20k ( yes 20k ) and not letting it go for anything underneath 200...
Also depends on how much you're willing to spend to get one...
