It looks pretty understandable. If just give support a few days to take care of the issue. If it ends up being over a week try again.

I sincerely hope that Higo's gold is refunded. However, sending additional support tickets does not speed the process up. In fact, it slows it down because OneThumbMobile now has to process more tickets. Then people will complain because their ticket has not been processed and OTM will have to (truthfully) say that they have a hard time keeping up with the sheer volume of support tickets that are sent in.
