When I was a noob,I wanted to change CH.
I found it was difficult to change CH, so I tried to change Lugh.
When I found I couldn't change Lugh, I began to focus on my clan. I couldn't change my clan and as an older noob, I tried to change my friends.
Now, as an old noob, I realize the only thing I can change is myself, and suddenly I realize that if long ago I had changed myself, I could have made an impact on my friends. My friends and I could have made an impact on our clan. Their impact could have changed Lugh and I could indeed have changed CH.

I have made conscious efforts to assit when I can and have extended my patience to those who can't.
