I bought $99.99 and I waited and waited and this popped up. So I waited for hour or so and it still didn't download. I was wondering if I can have my 8000 plat that I bought and still didn't get. If this happens to others I feel sorry for them too. We'll good day all and I hope one thumb mobile can fix this. Already sent support a message so no worries. Just wanted to show u all.

This happened to me a few months ago. The solution for me was to connect to a different wifi, and all my plat downloaded. Don't know if that will work for you but sure hope it helps.
