Mordris 2.0

Here is the tweaked plan for the next fight. We learned a bit since the first one. Once again thank you everyone.
Before I lay out the plan, let me remind everyone that we got VERY lucky with the first one. We almost lost the Priestess on respawn and Mordris raged. Our chance for failure was tremendous but we overcame it.
To any newcomers: Please read this plan and understand it. If you have questions feel free to ask one of the high levels who were there. They should be able to clarify things for you. It is of utmost importance that the plan be followed to succeed again. Thanks.
DO NOT TAKE THE FIRST WIN FOR GRANTED! This attempt will be just as difficult and require proper execution.
Please try to dedicate at least an hour for this fight. With the preparation, execution, and dicing it can take a while.
-
Battle General: Each fight will require a person to be responsible for the execution of the fight. (Thank you Randall for the first one) This includes ensuring that all groups are setup and sorted out. That a designated DM has been chosen. (Incase azz isnt there) then starting the fight and helping to guide any groups or players that may be confused or not in the correct position.
Puller: This is a designated Ranger who will start the fight and pull Priestess.
Group Leader: We hope to have 1 person per group who can guide it and keep it on track.
Groups:
Group1 - Tank, 5/6 Druids, Ranger
Group2 Main DPS - 4 Rogues, War, Ranger
Group3 Secondary DPS - Extra Wars, Ranger
Group4 Legendary - 4-5 Mages, 1-2 Wars with Bash
Group5 Support DPS - Rogue, War, Ranger, Mage based on availabity. This group should use max level support skills such as Smokebomb, Expose Weakness, Shatter etc.
Group6 Add Support - If needed, this group will be another DPS group to mainly kill wyrms and trolls just incase we dont get the great support we had on the first fight. (Thank you all again)
Extra Druids are always needed and welcomed and will be plugged into groups.
Since more people have experience with the plan I think it should be ok to try and add another group or 2.
I will repeat this again. The 'preferred' level to join will remain at 185. This is NOT exclusive so please dont flip out and complain. This helps increase the success because of the DPS requirements. This isnt my opinion this is a FACT that the game code nerfs your dmg at 10 levels below therefore decreasing your effectiveness. I encourage you to go level up. These fights arent everyday and theres time to get where you need to be so that you are most effective. Just because you are 181, 183 or whatever dont count yourself out. Theres a good chance we will need you. Do not feel like we are devaluing you as a person. Its only based on that level number. It is ONLY because of the extreme difficulty of the fight that we can't just invite all of Lugh for a big boss party.
Also Note: This is an evolution. This isnt a quick process to include more and more people. This is only the second fight and if you arent leveled yet there is PLENTY of time. The more times we succeed and the server learns the plan the more and more people we can add. This is still a very difficult fight.
Skills: Mages should know their skill sets again. It is highly recommended that each Ranger in a group has sharpen weapons maxed out. We will need Expose Weakness, Smokebomb, Shatter, any buff or debuffs available. These will be confirmed at the preparation meeting. Please try to aquire alt books beforehand.

The Plan
For this fight Virulent will be the Battle General. Please listen to him and understand that anything he says is with success in mind.
Pre-Fight: We will all meet at Snorri pit to set groups and skills. When we are setup the Battle General will give the green light.
Everyone should use Combo Lix. Expect to use 2.
Start: ONLY the designated 'puller' will start the fight. There is a strategic purpose to this and please dont run out and attack. Wait for the Puller to bring the mob to us.
NOTE: At this point the fight is considered locked.
Facing Mordris: we will assemble on the left ramp and the Puller will bring the first Sentinel by. He will be taunted and killed ASAP. We can probably handle both so this is also acceptable. Once both Sentinels are down then we ALL proceed to the right side and Puller will bring those Sentinels. They will be taunted and killed ASAP.
After the Sentinels are killed we will all remain on the right side. The Puller will Longshot the Priestess and pull her over. She will be taunted and killed ASAP.
PAUSE: After Priestess is dead everyone stop and wait 1 minute. DO NOT touch Mordris! The tank will get his buffs and GROUP1 will get Mordris into position for the attack. Once the tank says GO! EVERYONE ATTACK WITH ALL YOU HAVE!!!
ONLY THE MAIN TANK TAUNTS MORDRIS! Do not use your taunt on Mordris!!!!!!
Adds and Priestess: Keep watch for Sentinel respawns. When the Sentinels respawn EVERYONE except Group1 kills the Sentinels. Priestess. When the Priestess respawns the Puller will bring the Priestess to the right. Then Group4 will do their thing. ONLY GROUP4 touches the Priestess at this point. DO NOT GO NEAR OR TOUCH THE PRIESTESS!!!!
Once the sentinels are dead again and the priestess is contained, its all out dps on Mordris again. The Sentinels will probably respawn 1 more time then hopefully Mordris will die. Group6 watch out for trolls and wyrms.
Drops/Dicing: There will be 4 items dropped and we will meet at the Snorri pit to roll. Firstly, I will ask that we all try to put greed aside. See the drops first and perhaps logically and strategically see if it benefits the whole of Lugh to gear someone first. Then proceed with rolling. This was going to go for a vote but I believe fairness and logic should override it. 190 drops should be rare and not a major concern. All players in groups can roll all drops up to 190. Only 190+ can roll a 190 drop if it there is one. This is so it can be used right away and help immediately. Callumallen has posted twice about the time and difficulty in getting to 190 so I believe this option to be both fair and logical. (If a 190 drop wont get used immediately then it should go to a ALL roll situation)
