Does anyone know when the Fellfire usually spawns? Do they just come out at random or something?

Heya,
Fellfire comes out in random
I suggest killing the fire wisp at the far end of the grove to increase chances of Fellfire spawning.
Can't recall the duskshadow boss that stands there.

its actually a darkshadow boss that spawns there and also it can spawn even if you dont kill that much wisps

I agree that you don't have to kill that many wisps, it's just that you have to kill the "PH" fire wisp for fellfire to spawn.
You could wait forever and fellfire won't spawn if the PH-fire wisp is there.
