What's missing?

Lugh, a once united world, free of greed, selfishness, hoarding, and anger. I have watched this world spiral down in to the depths of chaos. I have even seen many good people quit, i have watched requirement be set and be rewritten, i have watched as our unity slowly dissolve into the politics of our rules.
We once had a game where a level 60 druid was allowed to heal in a group for Rockbelly no questions asked, we once had a world where a rogue 30 levels below a boss could get into the boss for the quest. We once had a world where our kindness kept our world sane and void of greed. Excluding our fellow scammers.
I watched as an update came around. And saw the seeds of greedy spread their roots, engulfing the minds of many of our players. Colours defined our lives, red, green, purple, blue and yellow, these colours i watched as they forced people to plat, forced people to desperate measures, just to gain these. Then i watched as we reunited as a world to kill Aggragoth. I watched as levels 60-152 came no questions asked, everyone young and old. Even though the dicing reqs were 100 for druids 130 for rest. No one complained. We managed, we killed, we reunited.
Then Aggy became a regular occurrence, i saw drops going to high and low, people get annoyed because they didn't get a drop, because their clan didn't get a drop, because they weren't notified. Hell, i watched zerkers attempt a few Aggy kills zerkers only. It had seemed as if greed had started to sprout in Lugh's heart, forcing everyone apart.
Then i watched as the requirements restricted further and further. Watching people get greedier and greedier, i watched as our worlds spiralled deeper and deeper into chaos. I watched as our world lost its unity.
Then beta came around, i enjoyed this, i saw our unity from our old players, Voldemort, Akbar, even a new person to the scene Longcool. We all knew each other we knew we could help each other and we did. In game and in beta. I watched and hoped our unity could once be restored, and looking at the update it seemed as if Lugh's unity would soon be put to the test. Bosses became harder, drops became scarcer, and still our player base remained the same.
As i saw the update go live. I gave everyone plenty of warning of how difficult the new bosses were. I wrote a "Boss Bashing Bible" it gave a brief description of how to defeat the bosses. Many used this as reference. And so we reunited as a world, i watched as clans from far and wide helped with bosses, helped with levelling, even lower levelled players helped. Our world at peace once again.
Then our player base dwindled. I saw new clans, new faces, new plat buyers. All expecting to be treated with full respect, all expecting everything handed to them on a silver platter. I watched as our unity drifted further and further from our reach.
But whats this a light, a new challenge for Lugh to overcome. Hrungnir, once again i saw a sliver of light a sliver of unity. We reunited once again. We continued to work together killing this boss. Everyone who would help could, but i still watched as these new faces climbed higher and higher, expecting the same respect as the older players had, simply because of their level.
So, i said to myself, i need a break. After 2 years of almost non-stop playing, i needed a break. So i did, i refused to play for 6 months. 6 months of no greed, no unity, no selfishness, no anger. It was relaxing. Not knowing how many people quit, or even how many also took a break.
I came back, 6 months, what has changed, not much. I was greeted with kind regards, so what do i decide to do, level. I levelled, and levelled hard. In 2 weeks i was at 170 on 2 accounts. Now i do work, i do have a social life. But i did it. As i did this i didn't notice Berserkers, once the most powerful clan teetering towards extinction. I watched as old faces joined new faces, i watched as these old players slowly change. So, i had an idea. Make a clan of the closest friends in the game. Yoshi, Daisyboo and i decide to leave the now inactive Berserkers, and create a new clan, Amity.
Not long after doing this. I continued to level 175 next, my first dicable Hrungnir. How fun it was. Exhilarating one would say. Then our first Mordy kill came next, 180 with full Dragonlord Armour, was the requirements. Once again that glimmer of hope i once had seemed stronger than ever, clan together with clan, old player new player, all helping one another. Our unity seemed restored.
But whats this, suddenly a clan wasn't needed. Suddenly they started being excluded, suddenly greed's roots took hold once again. All of a sudden a fight broke out, clan vs clans, no friendly pacts, just opposing one another. So each clan took a boss each. Hrung one side, Mordy the other. I watched as greed, now at its highest point, start to constrict the unity out of our world. Not to mention the DL drops, these colours reappeared, red, green, purple, blue and yellow. People keeping drops where they shouldn't, people not calling clans, people offering outrageous trades of dl drops. But luckily our gold was never allowed to be a factor.
I watched as people refused to give drops to people who were close, i watched as people who don't need drops win them. I watched as people failed to repay people. Now i watch as extremely rare drops be restricted further, i watch as boss reqs get restricted further, i watch as our world continues to spiral down into chaos.
I know of a few people exempt from this, i know i may be a hypocrite in some places, i know most of these have been "voted" for. But honestly 2 pages of votes is not a majority of the population. I wish for people to open their eyes, open their hearts, show sone kindness, show how well united our world can be. Come together, defeat Necro, defeat the greed of ages and make our celtic heroes life happier.
