Hearth adds to Cloak of Fire and 100 Fire Magic with some elemental resists
Glacier adds to Energy Shield and 100 Ice magic with some elemental resists
Both add +5 to the respective skill.
If you Google search "Celtic Heroes Items" you'll find a database of all current and past event drops among other things.
