Sneak-rend-quick strike-normal attack-quick strike-rend

is the cycle I've been using and seems effective.
I get one or two more rend tics by getting it going sooner.
that can mean 30-100 more damage for me with rend at 1/10.
I wish I would have upgraded rend instead of poison.
