isnt fair for level 50s who are working on there warden quest when there clan cant sell them dragon discs since somone is camping the mob all day. Like go to OW and get drops, not in noobie stone all day..

Coldseer, your loyalty to Retribution is very noble, but you are gonna cause yourself unwanted in-game aggro It's soooo much easier playing this game when you aren't dealing with other players trying to KS you because you are in their bad books. Belive me, I know its disheartening when you are trying hard to obtain the items you need and without success (I got my first drag frag when I was level 80 odd, elm was even harder to obtain!), but you will eventually get them and probably for free too from drops or clan members For now, just keep levelling and making do with what you have.
