All lux items gone

They say you can not be hacked in celtic heros i have never gave my password or ID to anyone took a break from the game for awile came back and all my lux items are gone. I have asked support for help many times and was told to go make your password harder and that items can not be returned after they are traded. When I came back my password was changed so guessing they figure out my email but how they figured out my ID i have no idea because noone but me knew it.....

My friend said he can hack into my account if he knew my password
I have him a fake one to see if he was bluffing and apperantly he contacted support and got my email off the fake pass word i never used before and changed the registration email to my acc to his.
But i know him in real life and he knows i would hurt him if he hacked me so i changed my email back
Support really needs to find a way to be sure that whomever is doing changes like these are the players who actually own the account
Perhaps add a secret question and in order to do changes to any account they must answer it
Would really be helpful
